Once your payment has processed, you will immediately be taken to a page with several questions (e.g. what is the recipient's name, age, reason for the request, topics we should consider mentioning, etc.). Everything is optional, so we appreciate anything you're willing to share that will help us personalize the video.
We will then record a video in response to the information provided, which is usually between 4-6 minutes in length. Upon completion, it will be uploaded (privately) to a shared drive. A link to your video will be sent via the email address you provided, usually within 72 hours or less. You can then save the video, show it to the recipient, and hold onto it forever.
