2025 Optimus Prime 7-foot SHIELD Project
Our replica truck often appears with a variety of props that bring life to the evolving character, including an 8-foot Sword Of Judgement (build by the owners of Prime), as well as scale models of the Allspark and Matrix Of Leadership. One critical element has always been missing though, until now.
All heroes need a way to protect themselves, and Optimus Prime is no different. While virtually everyone in the fandom supports our family's mission with Optimus, we have also found ourselves on the receiving end of several threats from the few who seek to destroy us. Some of which have affected our very livelihood and our ability to keep our mission alive.
That is why we have chosen to build a full-scale version of the shield Optimus Prime used in Transformers: Age Of Extinction. Not only as a barrier to protect us in our travels, but as a symbol of our ongoing resolve to rise above the hate, to protect our family from the evil that lurks, and to protect Earth from the Decepticons who seek to destroy it.
Optimus Prime's new shield will measure almost 7.5-FEET tall, keeping it small enough for transport but large enough to catch the attention of all who visit us. With a completion goal of winter 2025, this shield is going to be displayed at most of the events we attend with Prime. Whenever possible, we plan offer event guests and attendees the chance to take photos holding Prime's shield alongside Optimus himself - 100% free of charge.
To our knowledge, no other fan has built a shield of this size and scale. Thus making ours another first in the history of the Transformers fandom. It is a challenge worthy of a Prime .. one that we are honored to take on.
ENGRAVE YOUR NAME ON PRIME'S SHIELD AND SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!
Here's your chance to be forever memorialized on a piece of prop history that will travel the continent with Optimus Prime. Mounted to the back of this shield will be a 12" x 12" metal engraved plaque, depicting a small list of individuals or businesses who donated to this project ... in support of the Fiduccia family and Team Prime.
This uniquely engraved plaque will consist of up to 15 names (these can be individuals or businesses). At checkout, you will have the option to add your company's website, or your city and state. You can even include a personalized message, and we will credit you in a post on our main social media channels. It will be one of the final elements we mount to the shield, and will likely look similar to this:
