Joe Fiduccia, owner of the world's only AOE replica of Optimus Prime, has combined his life experiences with a professional guest speaking background to offer a truly unique presentation for young adults. With a University degree of his own in Communication Studies, Fiduccia started out in radio ... which led to a path as a technical applications trainer ... which led to the launch of a new business ... which led to his journey with Optimus Prime. It is a career path he never envisioned, filled with plenty of uncertainty, struggles, doubts, successes, and hardships.
In addition to delivering anti-bully presentations for elementary school students, Joe has adapted his knowledge to help encourage and motivate high school and college-level students who are getting ready to take that next step in life. This particular presentation is designed to motivate their life path, and has helped students open their minds about the realistic uncertainty of their future, how to plan ahead for it, and how to adapt along with it.

PRESENTATION SUMMARY
- Features an INDOOR presentation by public speaker Joe Fiduccia (Optimus Prime’s owner). His replica truck can also be placed outside for students to enjoy prior to or after the presentation is completed.
- With an ideal guest speaking time ranging from 30 - 45 minutes, Joe shares his past and present career journeys, including the build and ownership of Optimus Prime. He highlights the importance of career planning, problem solving, but also adapting to an ever-changing, unpredictable future.
- If Optimus is onsite, all guests at the event are invited for group photos and to get a closer look at a replica truck that has inspired millions. Joe will remain available for Q&A as needed, and has even provided personal contact information to several people who had follow-up questions.
