Anti-Bully School Presentations - basic requirements and pricing

We kindly ask for the following provisions:

1. A portable microphone that we can use outside when speaking to the students
   
   
2. School grounds big enough to accommodate the students and fit Optimus Prime (truck requires 40’ L x 20’ W x 14’ H parking space; rigid pavement / macadam surfaces only; no grassy areas; no low hanging trees or wires; we recommend a parking or bus drop-off area away from heavy traffic and public view, where students can be positioned on ONE side of the truck, distanced at least 25 FEET away.)
   

Costs to deliver an anti-bully presentation include ALL of the following:

STUDENT FEE NOTE: we ONLY deliver this presentation to grades 1 - 6. This fees also includes anti-bully pledge cards for all students. If you have Kindergarten or pre-school students, we charge $0.25 per student for this age group to cover the cost of the cards only (there is no presentation for this age group).

IMPORTANT NOTES: added fees MAY apply, but depend mainly on your location. An example may include hotel costs (e.g. for school districts requiring us to remain in town for back-to-back presentation days). Fees may also be added if we are asked to deliver multiple presentations in a single day. *Our flat rate MINIMUM charge for ALL school presentations is $795.00. If the combined total of the fees above is less than this amount, the minimum charge will apply. We tailor each and every visit specifically for your district. Please email us and we will draft up an exact quote for you.

In order to receive a quote, these are the questions we will likely ask you:

1. What is your school name and physical GPS address?
   
   
2. What are the grade levels of the school?
   
   
3. How many total students are in grades 1 and higher?  (grand total is fine; no need to break down by grade)
   
   
4. How many total students are in Kindergarten and lower?
   
   *Please note this presentation is strictly offered to grades 1 - 6 only. We currently do NOT offer shorter / altered presentations for younger age groups, but may make an exception if you have slightly older age groups into grades 7-8. If you have any Kindergarten or pre-K classes, we will happily remain onsite after our presentation is completed so these younger age groups can come outside to get photos with Optimus. They will also receive the same anti-bully pledge cards.
   
   
5. Can you assist us in connecting directly with your local police or fire departments to possibly arrange a 'lights and sirens' entrance of Optimus at the beginning of the presentation? Similar to the one seen in this video. (Not a requirement, but highly recommended if it can be coordinated.)
   
   
6. This presentation is delivered 100% outdoors. Can you tell us where on school grounds you tentatively plan to hold this assembly? (e.g. "rear parking lot near playground") If you don't have a specific location noted, that is OK too. We will look at your school via satellite imagery to verify accessibility with the truck.
   
   
7. (OPTIONAL; only reply if your school is more than 2 HOURS AWAY from Monroe County, PA) - we would likely arrive one day prior to your presentation date to clean Optimus. We will require an indoor location to do this. Common options are fire departments, township buildings (e.g. where DOT trucks are maintained), truck dealerships, etc. It must be an indoor location (as close to the school as possible) with a garage door at least 14 ft H x 12 ft W, that can provide access to running water inside. Would you be able to help secure this for us?
